Agenda
The Agenda is one of the xmLegislator stamping applications.
The Agenda Support module is used in conjunction with the Committee Support
module to create Agendas for the Legislative bodies. Standing committees as well as Commissions,
Study committees, Joint committees and Committees of Conference are all
supported. Committee meetings are first created in the Committee support module
which then gives the user access to the Agenda. One standard header
handles all committees. The agenda has a
witness support module which maintains and tracks all witnesses at each
committee hearing. This information is later used to support creation of a bill
based on witness testimony. The agenda is highly flexible as witnesses may
change quickly during the agenda process. After the agenda has been created
they are exported as pdf, html or word documents as necessary for inclusion on
the web.
