Report Writer
The Report Writer program utilizes the voting system
database for the purpose of providing several statistical roll-call reports.
Features include:

Voting History - printouts of a member’s voting history
based on dates, specific items, motions, subjects or vote criteria (yea, nay,
abstain or excused).

Roll Call History - provides a report of all votes
taken on an item or items, showing how the members voted.

Member Voting Statistics - is a report of each member based
on the total number of votes taken between specified dates and other criteria.

Member Voting Attendance - is also a statistical report of
each member based on attendance votes between specified dates.

Roll-Call Transcripts - is a report printout of how all the
members voted on a specific day or the entire year.

Vote Comparison - allows the operator to produce a
comparison report between members.
