International Roll-Call has broken new ground by providing existing clients an integrated solution with the voting system, request to speak software with video tagging. IRC has developed video tagging software that permits staff to tag video streaming so that the public can bring up a calendar or committee agenda, click on an item in the calendar or agenda and access the video when the event occurred. The IRC Video Tagging software also supports the searching of when members spoke on an item, when proponent and opponent testimonies were given, as well as a number of other key searches.
