Remote Access
The Voting System Remote Access application has
the ability for Calendar functions, roll-call votes and voting software
accessibility from other necessary terminals on the network. The Voting Remote Access will allow the voting operator to
have access to various controls within the voting system to prepare the Calendar
for then next legislative day. Additional configuration setting will give them
the ability to print roll-calls, make minor changes to stored roll-call
information, update membership, set member status and other voting system
related services.
The Voting System Remote Access
application can also be given the ability to download the Calendar directly
into the voting system without having to manually enter each item daily or work
on the chamber computer.
