Script Assistant
The
Script Assistant provides an operator the ability to input parliamentary
language, announcements, rulings, access rules, etc. and display this
information on the presiding officer’s screen similar to a TelePrompTer.
The
presiding officer or the operator can control the program with a touch or
double click. The program has the option of being linked to the actions or
motions in the voting system to automatically display and populate text on the
presiding officer’s screen when the action or motion is used in the voting
system. Configuration settings also allow the Script Assistant operator to
control the presiding officer’s monitor.
