With over 100 years of legislative process and technology staff experience, International Roll-Call® Corporation has developed a proud and time-tested tradition of excellence. We have provided specialized solutions to over 70 state legislative chambers, a number of city and county governments, and national parliaments.

1923
First electromechanical voting system installed in the Virginia House of Delegates

1983
The United Nations General Assembly implements the IRC Voting System

1988
The first Personal Computer (PC) voting systems are developed and installed, including system control using integrated circuits

1998
LawMaker™ Legislative Management application developed and installed

2004
IRC forms strategic alliance with Daktronics

2016
Development of VSCU-1000 system control

2020
IRC's Virtual Voting Console (VVC) application is developed in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic

This product allowed legislatures to meet when in-person restrictions were in place.

Presently, IRC has four former legislative employees on staff, collectively contributing to over a decade of first-hand knowledge of the Legislative Process and Parliamentary Procedure. This includes a former Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Deputy Committee Clerk, and Clerical Assistants. Possessing direct Legislative experience, the Legislative Process Consulting (LPC) Team has an innate understanding of the nuances and intricacies of different Legislative bodies and Chambers.
