We have provided specialized solutions to over 70 state legislative chambers, a number of city and county governments, and national parliaments.
First System Demonstrated to the U.S. Congress
Our founder, Marshall Thompson, demonstrated the first electromechanical voting system to the U.S. Congress in 1922. Years later he formed International Roll-Call® after innovating the voting process with a series of patents.
The first Personal Computer (PC) voting systems are developed and installed, including system control using integrated circuits

Presently, IRC has four former legislative employees on staff, collectively contributing to over a decade of first-hand knowledge of the Legislative Process and Parliamentary Procedure. This includes a former Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Deputy Committee Clerk, and Clerical Assistants. Possessing direct Legislative experience, the Legislative Process Consulting (LPC) Team has an innate understanding of the nuances and intricacies of different Legislative bodies and Chambers.
