Uniquely designed and seamless virtual vote entry interface to the xmLegislator™ Voting Software
The IRC Virtual Voting Console (VVC) system is a virtual vote entry interface to the IRC xmLegislator TM voting software. The VVC system is uniquely designed with the intention to provide seamless remote voting capabilities via a virtual voting interface. Since 2020, IRC has installed the VVC system in 26 legislative Chambers.

Configuration ability to provide the Member a view of all Member names and vote indicators as a separate tab in the Display Board section of the user interface
Simple management of assigned credentials and access rights built directly into xmLegislator TM
Identification of where Members vote by means of visual indicators and reports throughout xmLegislator TM
Support for both Chamber and Committee usage
The VVC system allows Members and other authorized users, with access to the voting system network, to view the summary and bill information, vote status, and vote totals, and the ability to cast votes via the VVC user interface screen. The VVC system is developed to be responsive across multiple devices and platforms and can be configured to meet specific device needs.
The VVC user interface screen can provide customized functionality and information including:
Vote Status indication – Vote Open or Vote Closed
Vote Totals
Bill information (same data sent to and viewed on the Chamber display)
Cast votes (Yea, Nay, Not Voting, etc.)
Access to other Member Console functions such as Page, RTS, Summons, etc.
Ability to view the RTS queue
Ability to display both name and headshot for the Member logged into the VVC system
